Please take a moment to review our returns and refunds information below. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.

1. Change of Mind

BornRed does not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect colour, size, style or personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, measurements, materials and images carefully before placing your order.

Where local consumer laws provide additional return or cancellation rights, those rights will still apply.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
Proof of delivery date if requested

Each case will be reviewed individually.

For minor issues that do not affect normal wear or use, BornRed may offer a partial refund, store credit or discount.

For significant damage or defects that affect normal use, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

Please do not destroy or dispose of the item unless BornRed specifically asks you to do so.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable or non-exchangeable:

Earrings and other pierced jewellery once hygiene packaging has been opened
Personalised, customised or made-to-order items
Gift cards
Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged after delivery
Sale items for change-of-mind reasons

This does not apply where an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or where mandatory consumer rights apply.

4. Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless BornRed made an error, the entire order is faulty, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customs duties, import taxes and third-party handling fees are not refundable by BornRed.

5. Returned & Undelivered Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or an unclaimed delivery, the following reshipping fee will apply:

United Kingdom & Europe: £8 GBP
United States: $10 USD
Hong Kong: $30 HKD
Asia (excluding Hong Kong): £5 GBP
Rest of the World: £8 GBP

These fees apply even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, BornRed cannot normally accept responsibility for parcels that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbours, safe places and the delivery carrier.

If you believe the parcel was delivered incorrectly, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

7. Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is refused because customs or import charges are not paid and is returned to BornRed, any refund will be assessed after the parcel is received back. Shipping or return-related costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
